Biotin topically made my hair soft but seemed to make hair growth from topical castor oil no longer occur.

Vitamin B1 was only used for 3 days, but it seemed to stop B12 from making me warm and stop biotin from filling my penis with fluid. Took 2000mg, same as B12.

B12 internally can take the place of internal minoxidil. When taken together, B12 lessens the side effects of minoxidil.

Dutas with a 1.67 mg minoxidil tablet internally: hair continues to grow and the ends of my eyebrows are full. Side effects included bigger penis, fluid-filled penis, wrinkled forearms, and fat under the arms reversing.
