Oral Minoxidil
Around 1.67 mg daily looked like the best balance in the raw notes. Hair growth remained good and the heart side effects were more manageable than at 2.5 mg. It still did not look as clean as lower-dose use, but it was the most practical compromise between effectiveness and side effects.
Long-Term Outcomes
Long-term raw-note summary:
1. Oral Minoxidil clearly improved hair growth, but response depended heavily on dose.
2. Around 2.5 mg daily seemed too strong: lots of hair growth, but heart side effects, soft skin, wrinkled forearms, extra fat below the ears and under the arms, extra fat under the chin, and puffy eyelids.
3. Around 1.67 mg daily seemed like the preferred balance: heart felt okay, hair growth remained good, and it was the most usable internal dose.
4. Around 1.25 mg reduced wrinkle and fat-related side effects, but hair growth was only a little better than external Minoxidil alone.
5. Vegetable smoothies seemed to reduce effectiveness.
6. Internal Vitamin B12 seemed to reduce Minoxidil side effects and partly replace the need for internal Minoxidil.
7. Dutas with roughly 1.67 mg internal Minoxidil still supported ongoing hair growth and fuller eyebrow ends.
