Bad Breath / Breath Odor

Apple pectin made me look younger by plumping the lower cheek. The hands also seemed to become more plump. Four capsules eliminated bad breath in this test.

Four apple pectin capsules taken with a large roti completely eliminated the smell. Apple pectin also seemed to smooth under-eye bags and plump the hands.

Two berberine capsules with a large roti did not stop the smell. Five capsules opened and taken with a large roti eliminated the smell, while four opened capsules reduced it by about 40%.

Psyllium husk capsules were tested before meals for bad breath. Three, five, and six capsules did not work; six capsules were about one-third better, while eight capsules worked.
