Liposomal glutathione seems to give my face a subtle youthful look. It increased flesh on the side of the skin, removed a line on my chin by plumping it, and seemed to reduce and firm my jowls. It may have increased hair growth, possibly due to increased B12.

Liposomal NAD+ did not work when swallowed, but worked under the tongue with DMSO. 500 mg did not work; 1000 mg kept a dark dimple plump and faded, but wrinkles started returning. NMN seems better.

B2 500mg seems to be very good, smoothing out the under-eye and eye-bag area noticeably in just 2 days.

Choline bitartrate heals the skin under my eye bags. It made the Nature's Aid B100 brand with 30 mg work; before this, only the brand with 100 mg worked. I try not to exceed 100 mg because I got cramps in my brain and left hand, or brain and left ankle.

B100 with Nature's Aid brand made my under-eye bags worse when 100-200 mg of B1 was added. They may also have been worse with 2000 mcg adenocobalamin or 2000 mcg methylcobalamin.

Biotin topically made my hair soft but seemed to make hair growth from topical castor oil no longer occur.

Vitamin B1 was only used for 3 days, but it seemed to stop B12 from making me warm and stop biotin from filling my penis with fluid. Took 2000mg, same as B12.

Calcium Alpha-Ketoglutarate (CA AKG) seemed to make my brain feel tired and sleepy. Possibly I was not getting enough glucose.
