Two berberine capsules with a large roti did not stop the smell. Five capsules opened and taken with a large roti eliminated the smell, while four opened capsules reduced it by about 40%.

Psyllium husk capsules were tested before meals for bad breath. Three, five, and six capsules did not work; six capsules were about one-third better, while eight capsules worked. This is an anecdotal dose comparison.

Psyllium husk seemed to fix bad breath when taken as one-half teaspoon with breakfast and one teaspoon with lunch. It also seemed to peak a more youthful facial appearance when used with squalane and NMN. This is an anecdotal observation.

One flat teaspoon of leucine made me move faster and more easily, with more energy and muscle. However, it may have made squalane ineffective: lines under the eyes to the cheek, forehead wrinkles, pimples, larger under-eye bags, shortness of breath, and less-firm skin under the arms and jowls appeared.

Squalane was amazing while stopping hyaluronic acid. Four drops under the tongue initially, then 5 drops, and later 10 drops three times daily. It seemed to fade lines under the eyes to the cheek, make the face look younger and firmer, improve back problems and inflammation, and reduce pimples. Sleep and dreams also improved.

Biotin only, 40000 IU without B12: no clear benefit, pain in the penis, and not much filling. Eyesight became very blurry and did not improve. After adding back 1000 mcg B12, eyesight improved. B12 cyanocobalamin with 10000 IU biotin caused pain in the penis.

Liposomal hyaluronic acid internally: 4000 mg swallowed in a pill made my skin plump and softened the lines from under the eyes to the cheek substantially. Skin felt a bit numb, possibly from hyaluronic acid and water in the skin. The outside bottom of the eye pulled tight, making the eyes look smaller.

Liposomal NMN liquid used with DMSO seems to work at 1000 mg, perhaps even better than tablets and capsules.
