Energy and Recovery

Treatment
Glycine and NAC
★★★★★ 5.0/5

Glycine and NAC were incredible and felt like a must-have. Continued use seemed to heal a cheek dimple after NAD had stopped helping. About 600 mg was good; larger amounts up to 2400 mg made the face puffy and caused pressure in the head. Large amounts also seemed to stop the muscle-building effects of B12. The combination helped sustain energy after a hard day's work, while NAC without glycine caused weakness and difficulty walking uphill.

Bad Breath / Breath Odor

Treatment
Cane, White, and Wine Vinegar
★★★★★ 4.4/5

Cane, white, and wine vinegar were used at about 1.5 tablespoons with each meal. They eliminated bad breath, reduced and seemed to heal lines around the under-eye bags, and made the breath feel warm as if metabolism increased. Stomach fat felt harder. Cane juice vinegar at one teaspoon before bed also reduced hunger and acid reflux, but caused acne.

Sleep Quality

Treatment
NAC and Glycine
★★★★★ 4.5/5

NAC and glycine seem to make me sleep well and feel refreshed. Together they continued healing a facial dimple where NAD stopped. 600 mg was good; more, up to 2400 mg, made my face puffy and caused pressure in my head. Large amounts seemed to stop the muscle-building effects of B12. The combination helped my body keep going after a hard day's work. When I used NAC without glycine, I became weak and had difficulty walking uphill.

Skin aging

Treatment
Rutin
★★★★★ 3.6/5

Incredible. After the first 500g tablet, a cheek dimple seemed to pinch out faster than usual. By the third or fourth tablet, the dark color started fading. The dimple improved in 3 days, compared with the 4–8 weeks I expected with NMN. Even after stopping NMN for one week, the dimple continued to improve at the same quick rate, though there was some surrounding slight darkness. Rutin did not seem to compete with NMN and seemed to work similarly on its own. Flabby elbow skin seemed to start returning with NMN.
