Biotin only, 40000 IU without B12: no clear benefit, pain in the penis, and not much filling. Eyesight became very blurry and did not improve.

2.5 mg daily: too much. Caused heart side effects, wrinkled forearms, extra fat below the ears, under the arms, under the chin, and puffy eyelids, but produced lots of hair.
