Used for five days. DMAE might tighten the skin, but I need to use it longer to know for sure.

Argan oil seemed to thin the padding below my skin, making the skin look less plump. I think it worked against acne and should be used on the arms and back.

Applied cold ice on the chin for 45 minutes on 18 July 2021. No outcome was recorded in the note.

Used zinc, vitamin C, vitamin B12, and biotin internally with castor oil topically for about 3 weeks. I noticed more hair. It seemed castor oil did not work very well topically unless biotin was added internally.
