B12 internally can take the place of internal minoxidil. When taken together, B12 lessens the side effects of minoxidil. At 40,000: too much, with good hair growth, fluid filling, no forearm wrinkles, reversing underarm fat, no heart problems, and increased size. At 30,000: good balance, hair growth, not fluid filled, and not much size increase. At 20,000: mild hair growth and no size increase. It seemed to cause a puffy chest, so do not exceed 10,000.

Pomegranate extract internally, 900 mg. Incredible: it faded a cheek dimple in 30 to 60 minutes, an effect that was expected to take about six weeks. It did not seem to work after that first time.

Sea weed 600 to 1200 mg. More than 1200 mg made no difference. I prefer bladderwrack over Irish sea moss, though they are similar. It made 1000 mcg B12, B complex 100, and vitamin E work better. 600 mg worked, but 1200 mg worked better. B12 seemed to burn stomach and general fat. B complex seemed to rebuild skin and smooth lines around the eyes and face. Vitamin E smoothed the face and made me look younger. Urine became yellow with B complex, but bladderwrack and Irish sea moss made it less yellow. This combination or molasses may have helped me recover twice as fast from workouts.

Incredible. After the first 500g tablet, a cheek dimple seemed to pinch out faster than usual. By the third or fourth tablet, the dark color started fading. The dimple improved in 3 days, compared with the 4–8 weeks I expected with NMN. Even after stopping NMN for one week, the dimple continued to improve at the same quick rate, though there was some surrounding slight darkness. Rutin did not seem to compete with NMN and seemed to work similarly on its own. Flabby elbow skin seemed to start returning with NMN.
